Privacy

Privacy follows the same governed-scope principles as the product.

This page explains the categories of information ABEIF may process and the product principles that govern that processing. It is a product-facing notice, not a substitute for organization-specific contractual terms.

Information that may be processed

Depending on the journey, ABEIF may process account and identity information, organization information, assessment responses and context, evidence or uploaded content, support or messaging content, and technical/security information.

Why information is processed

Information is processed to provide governed identity, organization and assessment experiences; build and qualify enterprise knowledge; support evidence and decision intelligence; maintain security; and provide support and continuity.

Scope and access

Protected information is governed by authorization and product scope. Browser routes and saved presentation context are not treated as authority.

Service providers

ABEIF may rely on infrastructure, authentication, hosting, storage, communications and AI-processing providers acting in support of the service. Their use remains subject to the applicable platform and contractual controls.

Retention, export and deletion

Retention, export and deletion capabilities depend on the applicable product lifecycle, organization policy and contractual obligations. These controls continue to mature as ABEIF progresses toward production operations certification.

Questions and requests

Authenticated users should use the governed ABEIF Support experience for privacy questions or requests so identity and organization context can be handled safely.
