This page explains the categories of information ABEIF may process and the product principles that govern that processing. It is a product-facing notice, not a substitute for organization-specific contractual terms.
Depending on the journey, ABEIF may process account and identity information, organization information, assessment responses and context, evidence or uploaded content, support or messaging content, and technical/security information.
Information is processed to provide governed identity, organization and assessment experiences; build and qualify enterprise knowledge; support evidence and decision intelligence; maintain security; and provide support and continuity.
Protected information is governed by authorization and product scope. Browser routes and saved presentation context are not treated as authority.
ABEIF may rely on infrastructure, authentication, hosting, storage, communications and AI-processing providers acting in support of the service. Their use remains subject to the applicable platform and contractual controls.
ABEIF operates governed production backup, recovery and data-lifecycle controls. Retention, export and deletion obligations may depend on the applicable product lifecycle, organization policy and signed agreement. Active-customer deletion is request-driven and scoped; pre-existing encrypted recovery copies may remain only until they expire under the applicable backup-retention cycle. ABEIF does not claim automated deletion or full data-portability capabilities beyond what is currently implemented and contractually supported.
Exchange is a professional community, not Enterprise Evidence or Truth. Only member-consented profile details and independently moderated contributions may be publicly discoverable under active release controls. Display names, handles, selected career information, text and approved images may become visible. Do not publish customer records, sensitive personal data or private Organization material.
Withdrawing consent stops new authorized public reads of the withdrawn profile and associated posts. Already issued time-limited media links, downloads, and browser or CDN caches may remain accessible for a limited period. Immediate deletion of every previously delivered copy is not guaranteed. Urgent content concerns may be raised with ABEIF Support or its legal channel.
Private drafts, approved posts, professional profiles, reports, sanctions, appeals and minimum audit history are distinct records. Hiding a profile or post does not itself delete every retained item. Broader export or erasure requests follow the governed data lifecycle, with account, database, Storage and legal-preservation scope reviewed. Encrypted daily and weekly recovery archives naturally expire under the current 30-day and 180-day policy; there is no claim of immediate removal from old backups.
Authenticated users should use the governed ABEIF Support experience when protected account or Organization context is involved. Public legal and privacy enquiries can use the ABEIF legal channel.
