Accounts and authority
Users are responsible for using their own account and for acting only within authority granted by their organization. Identity alone does not grant organization, assessment or executive-workspace access.
Terms of Use
Use ABEIF as a governed decision-intelligence service.
These public terms describe baseline product expectations. Commercial subscriptions, organization agreements and other signed terms may add or replace obligations for a specific customer relationship.
Acceptable use
Do not use ABEIF to gain unauthorized access, interfere with the service, bypass security controls, introduce malicious content, misrepresent authority or process information you are not entitled to use.
Customer content
Organizations and users remain responsible for the lawfulness, accuracy and authority of information they submit. Submission does not make an assertion documentary Evidence or final Truth.
Decision accountability
ABEIF provides decision intelligence, evidence context, recommendations and execution support. Accountable human owners remain responsible for approvals and executive decisions.
AI-assisted features
AI-assisted interpretation or extraction is advisory and bounded by the product governance model. AI output must not be treated as independent final Truth authority.
Availability and change
Features may evolve as the product is developed and certified. Material customer obligations should be governed by the applicable signed agreement rather than inferred from a public product screen.
